Chefs Fraser Macfarlane and Georgina Mitropoulos met while employed at Toronto’s Scaramouche Restaurant. The two chefs then went to London, England in search of new styles and experiences. While there, the pair trained at some of Europe’s top Michelin-starred establishments.

The couple opened Quatrefoil Restaurant in May 2010. Inspired by local ingredients sourced from the bountiful region, the Quatrefoil team creates classic menus in a refined yet relaxed environment in the historic town of Dundas, Ontario

We are proud to have been voted one of Canada’s Top Ten Best New Restaurant 2010 by EnRoute Magazine, Top Ten Best New Restaurants in Toronto 2010 by Toronto Life Magazine, One of the Five Best Restaurants Outside of Toronto 2018 by Toronto Life Magazine and most recently a Michelin recommendation in 2024 & 2025.
